Who were some of the artists that inspired you the most early on (Pre-California Soul) and contributed to your development lyrically, stylistically and content-wise?
Questions for Blu:
Blu collaborated with Scene and Anthm years ago and the result was "Young Leaders". An incredibly inspiring and uplifting track. There were references to further collaboration as a group, called RakimKRSone&Chuck.
Did that ever come to fruition? Can you elaborate on that?
Additionally, the aforementioned legends were and continue to be leaders to this very day, both within & beyond the Hip Hop community.
Who would you say are today's "Young Leaders" in hip hop?
